Rattlesnake Pancake

Definitely one of my favorites!  Too bad Allie didn’t seem to care for it very much, I think I ended up eating him after she ate the chocolate chips. This one is all about the plating. Need to work on a better rattle for the tail next time.

    haha seems like this entire site (and experience) is more for you than for allie in the beginning, but im sure when she’s old enough to surf online and comprehend the whole concept she’ll understand and appreciate it all the more. you’re an awesome dad!

    I’m a little late to the party here, but if you wanted to do the rattle like you do the eyes, a raspberry seems like it would work pretty well.
