Not surprised to see where your talent and creativity are taking you. Your were raised with a crayon, pencil and colored marker in one hand and a blankie in the other. I didn’t know you had a spatula hidden underneath it!! Great griddle goodies!!!!

Would LOVE to see a pancake Victorian house, with all the detail like you used to draw by the hour when you were Allie’s age. Pink and white would be nice. xoxoxoxoxxo

    Hey,
How do you make the colors? What do you use? It´s sort of ready to use paste of pancake? Think we don´t have it in Brazil.
    Thank you!

  29. Rose Wade 13. May, 2010 at 11:42 pm #

    Jim,

We love your pancakes. I’ve always either made alphabet letters, teddy bears, or balloons for my kids and their friends when they were younger. Your pancakes are wonderful “the bestest, and most awesomest”! We love watching your videos. Your daughter’s voice in the background is adorable.

I love that you’re doing something that makes your daughter happy and to makes people smile.

I’m also running the Robin Hood Lego Campaign for my kids and to make people smile.

Do you take requests? ; ) Just write “We Want Robin Hood Legos” or can you draw a LEGO head? : )

    :-) Rose

Found your site from a published like on Dabbled.com. You are getting quite a following. You have raised the bar for parents and grandparents everywhere. Thank you. I can’t wait to make something recognizable for my youngest daughter or may my 5 y/o granddaughter the next time she comes to visit. I will be following your progress on my reader and look forward to your next experiment. My husband just retired from the fire department, does Allie (I have a niece named Allie) like fire trucks? That could be a good one…

    Thanks, Missy

Some people have way too much spare time, (and money), on their hands. It’s just not fair.

  39. Jim 18. May, 2010 at 5:00 am #

Honestly, I don’t have a lot of spare time or money, so this is a great way to spend some quality time with my family for the cost of some flour and water :) This is something that we now make time for since Allie and I enjoy it so much. We always look forward to Saturday morning now!

  40. Jim 18. May, 2010 at 5:05 am #
